I’m in my first year of a Cognitive Science PhD at UC San Diego. I did a joint undergrad and masters in Computer Science and Philosophy at Oxford. Originally I’m from Somerset, England.

‘Cognitive science’ covers a lot of stuff. It’s still early days in my PhD, but I’m starting with a focus on the space between philosophy and psychology- and in particular on perception and visual reasoning.

When I’m not thinking about minds, I’m cooking, painting, stretching, or basking in the San Diego sun.
